What Will My First Session Be Like?

Prior to you receiving treatment, Dr. Serpentelli will review any diagnostic imaging studies performed including MRIs, CT scans and or x-rays. After reviewing these and performing his examination, a specific treatment plan  will be set And programmed in to a special computer, and the treatment will commence. It involves placing a specially fitted harness on the patients trunk,  they then lie on their back  on the machine in a very comfortable position. During the initiation of the Treatment the machine will gently decompress the spine in a series of graduated decompressive force. It is generally completely painless and in fact some patients actually fall asleep during treatment due to the relief that they sometimes feel immediately.

How Many Sessions Are Required And What Is The Treatment Frequency?

Sessions can range from as few as 20 to as many as 30. Treatment frequency can be generally 3 to 5 times per week, usually more frequent in the beginning and then less as treatment progresses
